• 24 December: Units, Telephone Consultations Hubs, and the Booking Centre close at 4pm; Aftercare closes at 11pm.
• 25 December: All services closed.
• 26 December: Units and Telephone Consultations Hubs closed; Booking Centre open 10am–4pm; Aftercare open from 7am (resuming 24/7).
• 1 January: Units and Telephone Consultations Hubs closed; Booking Centre open 10am–4pm; Aftercare open.

Appointments will be limited during this period, so please plan ahead where possible.

There are two BPAS clinics in Birmingham. Please check your appointment confirmation to ensure you are attending the right clinic.
 
BPAS Birmingham Central is in the city centre, located on the first floor of the Guildhall Buildings (a Victorian red brick building.)  The entrance is opposite the Victoria Square exit of New St Railway Station. There are steps and an intercom to enter the building.

Road - The Unit can be reached from the M6, M5 and the M42.  Exit Paradise Circus Queensway onto Suffolk Street Queensway taking the immediate left into Brunel Street.  Turn left at the end of Brunel Street onto Navigation Street, the Guildhall entrance is to your left.  We recommend that you park your car nearby and walk to the clinic.

Parking - There is no parking available at the unit, but public car parks are available nearby. The Town Hall Multi Storey Car Park in Brunel St (B1 1TA) is closest car park located to the clinic.

Train - New Street Station (Victoria Square Exit) is closest to the clinic. Snow Hill Station and Moor Street Station are within walking distance. Telephone 03457 48 49 50 or see www.nationalrail.co.uk for further details.
