Job Description

The role of the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is pivotal to the strategic success and operational excellence of BPAS. As a CTO, your responsibilities will include shaping and delivering a comprehensive technology strategy that supports our vision and mission, ensuring that our digital infrastructure, IT services, and cybersecurity measures are robust, innovative, and aligned with our goals. You will oversee the development and implementation of IT policies, manage our technology resources, and ensure that our systems and processes are fit for purpose, secure, and scalable.

You will work closely with the C-Suite and Board, providing expert advice on technology-related matters, from digital transformation to information governance. Your role will involve fostering strong relationships with other leaders and stakeholders, enabling the organisation to leverage technology for improved service delivery, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making. You will also play a key role in developing the organisation's digital culture, ensuring that our teams are engaged, informed, and supported in adopting new technologies.

We are seeking a CTO with a strong background in technology leadership, particularly within the healthcare sector. Additionally, you will bring a strategic mindset, with the ability to anticipate and navigate future challenges and opportunities in the technology landscape.

Above all, we are seeking someone who is aligned with our values and mission. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving BPAS towards a future where technology and healthcare work in harmony to empower women and enhance the quality of our services.
