What is Clinical Governance?
Clinical governance is the system through which healthcare providers are accountable for continuously improving the quality of their services and safeguarding high standards of care by creating an environment in which clinical excellence will flourish.
In BPAS our clinical governance is underpinned by incident, complaint and complication investigations, clinical audit, clinical policy development, change management processes and risk management methodologies. These happen across all levels of the organisation to form the full clinical governance framework.
