I would like to cancel my appointment

To avoid waiting in our call queue, please email us at info@bpas.org from the email address you used when making your booking. In your email, please include your full name, date of birth, reference number, and the 2nd and 4th characters of your ‘memorable word’. If you provide all these details via email, there is no need to call, as we will cancel your appointment for you.

What if I change my mind, or wish to rearrange my appointment?

You can change your mind at any time, we want you to feel completely sure about your decision. If you would like to rearrange your appointment, please call 03457 30 40 30 and we will be happy to help. You can also call this number if you would like to arrange pregnancy options counselling to talk through your choices.

I have forgotten the details of my appointment

You will have received an email on the day you contacted BPAS confirming the time and date of your consultation. Please also check your spam or junk folder. If you opted in to receive text messages, you will also receive a text reminder 48 hours before your appointment.

I have submitted an online form and not heard anything

Most patients can book their appointment instantly online. If your request needs to be reviewed, one of our appointment advisors will contact you within 24 hours to arrange the next steps. Calls may come from a private number. Please allow 24 hours for us to get in touch, before contacting us about your request.

The appointment we have offered is the earliest currently available. If possible, we recommend keeping this appointment to help avoid any delays to your care or treatment.

When will I have my treatment after my telephone consultation?

Options and timescales for treatment will be discussed with the nurse during your consultation, and you will be told on that call what the next steps will be.

When will I get a telephone consultation call?

You will receive an email confirmation once your appointment is booked with all the details of your consultation. Please ensure you are available one hour before and one hour after your scheduled appointment time, so you do not miss your call.
